My Mission Statement of Teaching

My mission as a high-performing teacher is to raise the self-esteem of my students and to enable each of them to reach their full potential intellectually, socially, emotionally, and physically.  My mission is to help all my students believe in themselves and instill in them a life-long love of learning.  I treat them with compassion, understanding, respect and motivate them to be their best as I share with them my high expectations for their success.  I enter my classroom each day with a smile on my face, a positive attitude, and love in my heart for each of my students.  When they enter and leave my classroom, they know they are loved and have made me proud.
